Forge de Laguiole

Founded in 1987, Forge de Laguiole produces high-quality Laguiole pocket knives using time-honored, traditional craftsmanship. Unlike mass-produced knives, each knife is not handcrafted, but rather made from start to finish by one of the numerous knifemakers. All stages of the process, from forging the steel and shaping the handle scales to the final polishing, are carried out in the Forge de Laguiole workshops themselves. This ensures that every Laguiole knife is a unique, handcrafted piece.
