Description
The Kershaw 12" Curved is the ideal knife for cutting and filleting larger fish or game. It is suitable for most saltwater fish, large freshwater fish, and a variety of game. The 420J2 stainless steel blade offers excellent corrosion resistance, creating a base for use in a wet environment. The steel is also very durable and easy to resharpen. In addition, the blade provides just the right amount of flexibility to facilitate filleting and preserve the tender meat and flavor of the product. The handle is made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon and has a rubberized sheath of the exclusive K-Texture for a secure grip. Supplied with custom-fit blade guard.
