Description
Description
The new Eickhorn Forester line represents versatile and durable outdoor knives designed for demanding users in camping, bushcraft, and survival applications. With modern color concepts such as Beryllium and US TAN Metallic, combined with different handle variations, the series offers a wide range of configurations for individual outdoor needs.
These knives feature a strong full-tang construction, ensuring maximum durability and reliability in tough environments. The distinctive tanto blade in US Tan blade color delivers excellent cutting performance and resilience, while the ergonomic olive green handle provides a secure and controlled grip even in challenging conditions.
Depending on the model, the Eickhorn Forester series is equipped with different functional setups. Standard versions are supplied with a rugged leather sheath with belt loop, while the Forester III and Forester IV models additionally include a sawback spine and an integrated wire cutting function. These versions are delivered with a highly durable fiberglass-reinforced polymer sheath and a Cordura carry system for maximum functionality and secure transport.
The professional-grade steel used in the Forester series ensures excellent edge retention and dependable performance in outdoor use. The combination of functional design, robust materials, and practical features makes the Forester line a reliable companion for both professional and recreational outdoor activities.
Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.
