Description
The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Elite is an angle-adjustable knife sharpening system that stands for precision and perfect sharpening results. The sharpening angles can be adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° steps. The Tri-Brasive handles contain diamond plates with grit en 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800 as well as a ceramic plate with fine grit for repairing, sharpening and honing. The leather strop refines and polishes the blade for optimal results. Another ceramic rod is specially designed for sharpening serrated blades. The innovative clamp design secures the knife quickly and reliably. Supplied with a practical carrying case.
