Personal advice has always been our priority. Whether by phone, on site in our Knife Shop or by email, we will be happy to help you and inform you, for example, about suitable accessories or the correct operation of an item. You are welcome to use this form for inquiries regarding advice and information.
You will find suitable accessories such as pouches in the web shop - in each case under the item description of the corresponding item.
We try to process your enquiries as quickly as possible, as a rule you will receive feedback within one to two working days (Monday to Friday). Your request will be processed during our business hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm).
