Since 31st October 2024, there has been a general ban on the handling and possession of switchblade knives of all kinds in Germany. They are now prohibited objects and the possession thereof is a criminal offence. The possession of certain switchblade knives is prohibited in accordance with Annex 2 to the German Weapons law, Section 1, Number 1.4.1, and only permitted to persons who have a legitimate interest necessitating one-handed use (such as due to the loss of an arm or a missing or dysfunctional hand), or use them in connection with professional activities (e.g. hunting, crafts) or sports (e.g. sailing or mountaineering). The same applies to commercial dealers or manufacturers of such knives. Consequently,the sale is limited only to authorized individuals. Please verify before placing an order whether you possess such a legitimate interest.


The 0566 is another collaboration between Zero Tolerance and the American knifemaker Rick Hinderer. It is a robust pocketknife for everyday use or use, so the focus of the concept was on uncompromising practicality. The spring-assisted blade supported by the SpeedSafe mechanism is made of powder-metallurgical CPM-S-35VN and opened by a flipper or thumbstud. The front handle scale is made of textured G10, with the stainless steel framelock on the back. With a lanyard hole and deep-carry clip with four different positions.
