To the great delight of TOPS Knives, Marble's approached with the desire to implement a modern version of the legendary Woodcraft, breathing new life into a knife design that is over 100 years old. The historic versions of the Woodcraft usually had wrapped leather handles and metal bolsters. None of these features are normally typical of knives from TOPS. To cite the look, multi-colored Micarta elements are put together for the handle. Add to that the Midnight Bronze Cerakote coating on the 1095 blade as a harmonious match to the handle. The sheath was designed to match the old-school \"cowboy\" sheaths, where most of the handle was covered in leather to protect the knife from scratches, especially when going through dense brush.
